Did You Miss Me?!!

I know it has been a while again.Sorry!! :)

Lets see what has been happing here. Well I think Spring has sprung.It is sooo beautiful out today and I am missing it.I hate having to work when it is nice out.But I know that it is just a start of what is to come.SUMMER!!

I had my first baby shower on Sunday.I am going to end up having 3 smaller showers since my family and friends are so spead out. The one this past Sunday was for Stephens family and our friends from down here.It was awkward.Stephens family is so different.His Aunts came,gave me their gifts as if someone made them, and then they all went in another room and had their own little party. At first Mom and I didn't know what to do.Were they going to come in for games and opening presents? Should we wait for them? After a while we just decided to start and if they wanted to come in they would.Well they never did so it just ended up being our friends from down here that participated.It was weird because I was opening presents from people I didn't even know and I couldn't even look up and say thank you.So I still don't really know Stephens family. I asked Stephen before the shower if he would tell me about the people that would be coming to the shower so I would know a little about them and he didn't even know much.So different from my family.We are one big, lovey, huggie bunch.Now I know why Stephen loves going to my family gatherings so much.He has never really been much of a part of a family before so he is making up for lost time.Anyhow I did end up with some really nice things.Alot of very cute outfits! "I can't wait to see him in them!!" It's all kind of overwhelming.Next week I am going to start trying to organize things and put some of them away.It can't all stay in a big pile in our diningroom forever.My next shower is April 18th and that one I know will be a fun time with all of my family and friends from Syracuse.

Stephens job continues to go well. Both of us are finally getting use to the crazy schedule that we have to live in.Stephen has a break from school this next week so that will be nice.No Homework.He is hoping to put in extra hours at work.I am on Spring Break from April 9th til the 20th!!!It's too bad our breaks weren't at the same time.

This weekend we are going on a little get away!!I am looking sooo forward to it.We are going to Lancaster and staying at The After Eight Bed and Breakfast.It looks like a really nice place and I look forward to seeing what it looks like in person.
